Haruka Matsumoto is a counsel at TKI. She focuses on dispute resolution, internal investigations, and transactional matters in the energy sector.
As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Haruka has extensive experience conducting internal investigations for companies and their overseas subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. She also serves on external investigation committees for Japanese companies and is a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s tender monitoring committee.
