Hidetaka Mihara, or “Hide Mihara”, is a Senior Counsel at TKI. Prior to joining TKI, he was a partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, one of the largest Japanese law firms in Tokyo, where he advised on the Corporate Governance, M&A, financial regulations, equity and other financing transactions and all other kinds of corporate advice and practices.
