Junzaburo (also known as JB) Kiuchi is a partner at TKI, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate law and M&A. His previous roles include serving as a Corporate/M&A partner at Freshfields and as the Managing Partner of EY Law Japan.
JB has extensive experience in advising on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital investments, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Dual-qualified in both Japan and the United States, he has the ability to understand and bridge the differences that arise from different jurisdictions and cultural contexts.
JB has been recognized as a Leading Individual in the Corporate and M&A field in Japan by The Legal 500.
