My practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, tender offers (TOBs) and management buyouts (MBOs), acquisitions of public and private companies by investment funds, cross-border transactions, and joint venture formations. I also advise on hostile takeover defense, litigation and dispute resolution, and financial regulatory matters.
