Yuta Yamasaki is a counsel at TKI. Prior to joining the firm, he was appointed to the bench for over 10 years mainly presiding over various civil cases such as labor disputes, construction disputes, commercial disputes, tax litigations, traffic accidents, medical malpractice, family disputes, and other complex litigations.
Yuta was also seconded to the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 2 years dealing with international child abduction as case officer of the Japanese Central Authority under the 1980 Hague Convention providing numerous parents with assistance in seeking return of or access with children taken or retained across international borders.
