As part of Japan International Arbitration Week, held from November 25 to 29, 2025, our partner Earl Rivera-Dolera will speak at the JCAA International Arbitration Forum 2025 (Day 1).

The Forum aims to explore Japan’s evolving role in international arbitration, with emphasis on the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) and Japan’s position in the global arbitration landscape.  The Forum brings in a diverse mix of legal practitioners, business representatives, and ADR / arbitration institution experts from both Japan and abroad.
