[TKI Webinar] Construction Webinar Series #2 “Managing Risks in Non-Traditional EPC / Multi-Package Contracting: Insights from Offshore Wind & BESS Projects”
"Managing Risks in Non-Traditional EPC / Multi-Package Contracting:
Insights from Offshore Wind & BESS Projects"
Continuing our “Construction Webinar Series,” the second session will explore risk allocation and multiparty contracts in construction projects — practical insights into structuring and managing complex contractual frameworks.
-------
Energy transition projects such as offshore wind and battery energy storage projects are increasingly delivered under multi-contractor delivery models, rather than a single, traditional EPC. While this offers flexibility, it also raises challenges in coordination, interface risks, warranties, and cost control.
In this seminar, we will explore key challenges observed in both offshore wind and BESS projects and discuss practical strategies for structuring and managing multi-contractor delivery arrangements effectively.
*One of the speakers will deliver the presentation in English. Japanese interpretation will be provided as needed, and the Zoom automatic translation (closed caption) function will also be available.
*The webinar will be held via Zoom Webinar, so you can easily join from your home or office.
