We are pleased to announce that Celia Tan has joined the Tokyo International Law Office team in the Singapore office.

Celia has advised on a broad range of matters, including M&A transactions, LNG trading, and energy and infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Her M&A experience includes share and asset acquisitions and disposals, start-up fundraising, and transactions with a particular focus on energy sector.
