Takuya Mima is a counsel at TKI with over 10 years of experience at leading Japanese law firms in two major cities in Japan, Tokyo and Osaka. During his tenure at these firms, Takuya obtained extensive experience representing both domestic and international corporate clients.
Takuya has advised various corporations in life science, healthcare, design, IT and technology sectors. Through his secondments to a pharmaceutical company and to the intellectual property division of a leading Japanese manufacturer, Takuya has gained broad expertise in these respective fields.
Additionally, Takuya has experience with cross-border transactions in Southeast Asia, while working in Hong Kong.
