TKI Seminar
"Outbound Japan 2026 – Structuring Deals, Deploying Capital, Managing Risk"

Japan is increasingly deploying capital across Asia, particularly in ASEAN and India, amid evolving market dynamics and heightened geopolitical uncertainty.
For Japanese corporates, expanding overseas today requires not only identifying growth opportunities, but also navigating complex regulatory environments, structuring transactions effectively, and managing cross-border risks.

This seminar provides a practical, business-oriented roadmap for Japanese companies pursuing outbound investment. Drawing on recent deal experience and market developments, the session will explore key considerations across M&A, infrastructure and energy investments, and cross-border transactions, alongside emerging risks affecting global supply chains and investment strategies.

By bringing together legal and commercial perspectives, this session aims to equip participants with the tools to structure deals with confidence, deploy capital effectively, and manage downside risks in an increasingly complex regional landscape.
